A WABA is the company’s Meta account for official numbers and templates. The WhatsApp Business phone app is a separate way to use WhatsApp. Coexistence lets the phone app work alongside the official channel when Meta allows it for the number.

Groups and calls must be included in the line’s features. Official groups also require Official Business Account (OBA) status. Check that the features you need are available before connecting.

The General tab shows the line name, type and connection status.

If the line needs reconnecting, follow the instructions for its connection type. If you see a quality, limit or temporary-error warning, test one message. If it is not delivered, send support the line number and send time.
