Sign in to Dialogs
Open dialogs.tehprof.kz and press «Sign in» at the top right. Enter your email or phone number — Dialogs recognises which one you entered.
- Phone: press «Get a code» — the code arrives in WhatsApp or Telegram on that number. If there is no account with this number, Dialogs creates a new workspace with a 3-day trial.
- Email: press «Get a link» and open the link from the email in the browser you will work in.
- Password: if you set a password, choose «Sign in with a password». Forgot it — «Forgot password?».
- Google or Yandex: «Continue with Google» or «Continue with Yandex» and allow access to your email.

If the app is installed in your Bitrix24, open TehProf.kz Dialogs from the portal menu — no separate sign-in is needed.

The code did not arrive in WhatsApp or Telegram
Check the number in international format, for example +7 701 123 45 67: WhatsApp or Telegram must work on it. If Dialogs says the code could not be delivered, sign in by email.
The email with the link did not arrive
Check the Spam folder and that the address is typed correctly, then request the link again. Open the link in the browser you will work in: you are signed in where you open it.
«Too many attempts»
Wait a minute and try again. Do not request a code or a link many times in a row.
Google or Yandex did not share the email
Allow email access in the Google or Yandex window, or sign in by email. If an account with this email already exists, sign in with the password or the email link.
I signed in but do not see the number or section I need
Numbers and sections are opened by the workspace admin. Ask them for access — how is described in «Team and access».
