Check the company and number in Meta
Meta reviews the company, the number’s display name and Official Business Account (OBA) status separately. A connected number and its quality in Dialogs do not confirm that every review is complete.
- Sign in to the company’s business portfolio with an administrator account. Check company verification in Security Center.
- If Start verification is available, prepare the registered company name, address, website and documents. These details must match in the documents, application and website.
- In WhatsApp Manager, separately check the number, display name and payment method. Address any stated restriction or rejection reason.
- After connecting, test an incoming message and reply using another phone.
When incoming messages and replies are delivered, the team can handle the requests available to it. If Meta restricts sending or requires company verification, follow the requirements in the business portfolio.
Official groups require OBA status, which Meta approves separately. Check whether your company can obtain it and whether groups are available for your number.
