Reply and start a conversation

  1. Select a chat on the left. The badge beside its name indicates unread messages.
  2. Type a reply below the thread and press Enter or the send button.
  3. Check the outgoing message status in the thread.

To contact a number first, use + above the list, choose a line and enter the customer’s phone number in international format. For WhatsApp Web, write the text. For official WhatsApp, choose an approved template and fill its variables.
