Connect WhatsApp Web by QR code

You need a WhatsApp Web line under Channels and a phone running WhatsApp on the same number.

Dialogs → Channels → WhatsApp Web line → Connection → Show QR code

  1. Find your line and choose Connection. On the page that opens, choose Show QR code.
  2. On the phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device. Scan the code and confirm if the phone asks you to.
  3. Wait for Line connected. If the code expires, choose Show new QR code and scan it again.
  4. Send a message from another phone, open it in Dialogs and reply.

To work in Bitrix24, then connect this line to the TehProf.kz Dialogs — WAWEB tile in Contact Center.

The connection appears in WhatsApp’s Linked devices. Removing it disconnects the line. If the QR code is unavailable, check the line status and licence expiry in Channels.
