TehProf Dialogs and ChatApp: comparison ChatApp is a service that connects messengers to a CRM; for Kazakhstan it has a separate site, chatapp24.kz. According to its site on 7 November 2026, it works with Bitrix24 and amoCRM . Below is what to compare with TehProf.kz Dialogs.
What to compare ChatApp (per its site on 7 November 2026) TehProf.kz Dialogs Connecting a number Official WABA through Gupshup, WACA directly, and Coexistence through Gupshup (the number must have been in WhatsApp Business for at least 3 months). Three ways: WhatsApp Web by QR , the official API and Coexistence — the official channel on a number that stays in the WhatsApp Business app. CRM Bitrix24 and amoCRM. Bitrix24 and amoCRM ; other CRMs through their developer interface, if it is open (details ).Prices Messenger plans on chatapp.online — 1,000, 4,000 and 6,000 ₽ a month. The Kazakhstan site lists 45 $ a month and 36 $ when paying for a year (a page from 17 October 2025, it may be out of date). WABA — 6,000 ₽ per line a month (4,800 ₽ when paying for 12 months), plus 9.66 ₽ per business-initiated conversation and a 5,000 ₽ setup. We did not find prices in tenge. The line subscription is priced in tenge; Meta’s fee for templates and outgoing calls is not included.WhatsApp calls in the CRM and recording We did not find answering WhatsApp calls in the CRM on the site; with Coexistence, calls are kept on the phone. WhatsApp calls are a separate line option : answering in the browser or in the Bitrix24 mobile app, call history and recording in the chat; transcript and summary where the recording is available to your line. WhatsApp groups Group chats — from the “Professional” plan. WhatsApp groups — on a line whose plan includes groups. On the official API — after a number check and with OBA status from Meta.
ChatApp has an AI assistant (on the “Maximum” plan), WABA broadcasts by Meta templates, and three ways to connect WhatsApp, Coexistence included. The trial is 3 days.
You need prices in tenge without conversion — Dialogs prices . You need WhatsApp calls in the client card with history and recording — the calls option . You need an AI assistant inside the service — look at the ChatApp “Maximum” plan. Terms change — check the current ones on chatapp.online and chatapp24.kz.
Can I move from ChatApp? Yes. A QR number only needs to be linked again, and an official number at another provider is switched by an agreed plan. ChatApp’s history is not moved automatically — we find out in advance where it will be kept.
