TehProf Dialogs and Wazzup: comparison Wazzup is a service that connects messengers to a CRM. According to its site on 7 November 2026, it works with Bitrix24 and amoCRM and connects WhatsApp to them. Below is what to compare if you are choosing between Wazzup and TehProf.kz Dialogs.
What to compare Wazzup (per its site on 7 November 2026) TehProf.kz Dialogs Connecting a number Regular WhatsApp, which depends on the phone, and official WABA. Wazzup has a separate article on Coexistence in its help centre. Three ways: WhatsApp Web by QR , the official API and Coexistence — the official channel on a number that stays in the WhatsApp Business app. CRM Bitrix24 (an app from the Marketplace, open lines) and amoCRM. Bitrix24 and amoCRM ; other CRMs through their developer interface, if it is open (details ).Prices Prices in roubles. WABA — 6,000 ₽ a month paid monthly, 5,400 ₽ when paying for 6 months, 4,800 ₽ for a year; templates are paid on top of the subscription. Regular WhatsApp — “from 800 roubles a month”, “the maximum price of a channel is 6000 roubles”, with 10% off for half a year and 20% off for a year. We did not find prices in tenge on the site. The line subscription is priced in tenge; Meta’s fee for templates and outgoing calls is not included.
Wazzup describes its plans in detail: the WABA channel price and the term discounts are laid out on a separate help page. Broadcasts over WABA are allowed, and every channel gets a 3-day trial.

Can I move from Wazzup? Yes. A QR number only needs to be linked again, and an official number at another provider is switched by an agreed plan. Wazzup’s history is not moved automatically — we find out in advance where it will be kept.
